By accessing or using this Security Clearance Request Form (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Purpose of the Service
The Service enables authorised users to submit security clearance requests for processing by Civica’s vetting team. It is not intended for consumer use.
3. Access Codes
Access to submit requests may require a one-time access code. Each code is single-use and must not be shared or reused. Submissions with invalid or used codes will be rejected.
4. Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information.
- Use the Service only for legitimate business purposes.
- Do not attempt to bypass security controls or probe the Service.
5. Prohibited Uses
You must not misuse the Service, including by introducing malware, scraping, attempting unauthorised access, or interfering with availability or integrity.
6. Privacy
Personal data provided via the Service will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. See Privacy Policy.
7. Availability and Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms to reflect changes in law, operations, or security. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
8. No Warranties
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Civica and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or business, arising from or related to your use of the Service.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where local law requires otherwise.
